UI/UX Designer (Office-based Work)

Maqsut Narikbayev University invites a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team — someone passionate about creating modern, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for websites and mobile applications. Your work will contribute to enhancing our users’ digital experience and advancing the University’s digital solutions.

Requirements:

• – At least 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer;
  
• – Portfolio of completed web and mobile projects;
  
• – Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.;
  
• – Skills in working with Tilda (Zero Code);
  
• – Ability to design user journeys from the first screen to the target action;
  
• – Knowledge of adaptive and responsive design principles;
  
• – Experience in conducting user testing and analysing results;
  
• – Creativity, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality outcomes;
  
• – Ability to work effectively in a team and accept constructive feedback.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• – Designing user interfaces for web platforms and mobile applications;
  
• – Planning intuitive and logical product navigation;
  
• – Conducting user research and analysing collected data;
  
• – Creating prototypes, wireframes, and final layouts;
  
• – Collaborating with developers, marketers, and content managers;
  
• – Testing user solutions, gathering feedback, and improving designs;
  
• – Ensuring visual consistency of all digital solutions in line with the University’s brand book;
  
• – Working with the no-code platform Tilda and contributing to the development of educational products.
