{"id":21929,"date":"2025-02-03T14:54:18","date_gmt":"2025-02-03T11:54:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mnu.kz\/?post_type=news&#038;p=21929"},"modified":"2025-02-18T07:58:09","modified_gmt":"2025-02-18T04:58:09","slug":"applications-for-participation-in-the-academic-mobility-program-competition-for-the-fall-semester-of-the-2025-2026-academic-year-are-open","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/mnu.kz\/en\/news\/applications-for-participation-in-the-academic-mobility-program-competition-for-the-fall-semester-of-the-2025-2026-academic-year-are-open\/","title":{"rendered":"Applications for participation in the academic mobility program competition for the fall semester of the 2025-2026 academic year are open"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Dear students!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">We would like to inform you about the start of the application process for participation in the academic mobility program for the fall semester of the 2025-2026 academic year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Undergraduate students who have completed at least 60 ECTS credits, as well as graduate and doctoral students, are invited to apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Criteria:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u25cf GPA level \u2013 2.5 and higher, for Erasmus+ \u2014 3.0 and higher<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u25cf English language proficiency: minimum B2 level<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Application deadline: March 3, 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The application and documents must be submitted through the web version of Smart MNU, and soft copies should also be provided on a USB flash drive in room \u2116220.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">List of required documents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u2022 student&#8217;s application form<strong> <u>(<a href=\"https:\/\/mnu.kz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/zayavlenie-studenta-po-forme-15-9.docx\">download<\/a>);<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u2022 a copy of the passport;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u2022 transcript of academic record for the current year of study (Russian and English);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u2022 international certificate confirming the level of proficiency in a foreign language (<strong>IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge English, Duolingo<\/strong>);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u2022 completed application form <strong><u>(<a href=\"https:\/\/mnu.kz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/anketa-grazhdanina-rk-12-6.docx\">download<\/a>);<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u2022 written consent of the applicant\u2019s parents (guardians, legal representatives) to participate in the academic mobility program<strong><u> (<a href=\"https:\/\/mnu.kz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/pismennoe-soglasie-roditeley-5-1.docx\">download<\/a>).<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u2022 letters of recommendation in Kazakh, Russian or\/and English (if available);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u2022 copies of certificates, diplomas, received for participation in the republican or international level events (if available);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u2022 copies of documents confirming the fact of belonging to the following categories: a family composition document to confirm the student&#8217;s large family status, a document verifying the student&#8217;s orphan or left without parental care status and a document confirming the student&#8217;s disability status.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Furthermore, kindly refer to the list of partner universities and available disciplines beforehand.
