This initiative features a series of lectures by leading experts from various industries, with a distinctive focus on delivering sessions in the official language.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">During his visit, Renat Bekturov shared his personal success story with students and engaged in an interactive Q&amp;A session. He also provided insights into the financial sector\u2019s dynamics, career opportunities, and future prospects. Students gained valuable knowledge about the <strong>Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve<\/strong>, key principles of professional growth, and the <strong>impact of the AIFC on Kazakhstan\u2019s economy.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><em>\u201cTo become a skilled professional, you need a balance of technical (hard) and interpersonal (soft) skills. You are first recognized for your expertise, so developing analytical thinking and forecasting abilities is crucial. However, to advance in your career and step into leadership roles, you must also refine soft skills such as communication, negotiation, and team management,\u201d<\/em> emphasized <strong>Renat Bekturov<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Notably, in 2017, Renat Bekturov was the author and lecturer of the <strong>CFA Professional Ethics<\/strong> course for students of the MNU International School of Economics. His efforts helped lay the foundation for the university\u2019s educational programs to gain affiliation with the CFA Institute (Global Association of Finance and Investment Specialists).
