Students of Maqsut Narikbayev University showcased their ideas for addressing environmental issues and promoting sustainability. The university hosted the EcoMind<\/em> case championship, which also saw participation from students of Nazarbayev University. The Eco Hackathon was organised in alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event brought together students, experts, and partners in a collaborative effort to develop practical solutions for environmental transformation. Eleven teams presented a range of projects, including proposals for closed-loop recycling systems and initiatives to foster a culture of conscious resource consumption within the university setting. The winning teams received cash certificates from the Eco Hackathon’s partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is worth noting that, as part of EcoMind, a series of lectures was delivered by renowned experts in the fields of ecology and sustainable development for the benefit of the participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
