The exchange of views took place within the framework of cooperation between the Republican Notary Chamber of Kazakhstan and the Federal Notary Chamber of Germany.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Richard Bock<\/strong>, Chairman of the Commission on International Notarial Cooperation, delivered a keynote speech, presenting a report titled &#8220;Familiarisation of Notaries with Consumer Protection Issues in the Field of Real Estate Law.&#8221; <strong>Christian Schall<\/strong>, representative of the German Federal Notary Chamber, also addressed the participants, speaking on the economic significance and legal structure of contracts concluded with developers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The event prompted a lively discussion, reflecting the shared commitment of both sides to strengthening cooperation and improving the legal framework.
