In her new role, she will oversee the implementation of academic programmes and drive the strategic development of the school.<br><\/em><\/strong><br><strong>Ms Abildayeva<\/strong>\u00a0brings extensive experience in higher education and project management. From 2016 to 2022, she served at the Bolashak Center for International Programmes, progressing from Senior Project Manager to Head of the Graduate Work Department. In November 2022, she joined MNU as Head of the <strong>Endowment &amp; Alumni Department<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">She holds degrees from the Nazarbayev University Graduate School of Education and the University of Southern California, and is a member of the Board of the Bolashak Association.
