September 27, 2023, Maqsut Narikbayev University hosted a guest lecture of H.E. Ambassador Mustafa Kapucu – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of T\u00fcrkiye to the Republic of Kazakhstan within the course “Applied Diplomacy<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ambassador’s lecture was devoted to the essence, life, structure and basic tools of diplomacy. Ambassador Kapucu also discussed the actual challenges faced by foreign policy in an ever-changing world.
To conclude the lecture, Ambassador shared tips with the students on what makes person a good diplomat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
