From April 22 to 26, 2024, the Scientific School of Administrative and German Law at Maqsut Narikbayev University, in cooperation with the University of Regensburg (Universit\u00e4t Regensburg) and the Institute for East European Law (Institut f\u00fcr Ostrecht), with the support of DAAD, held a scientific and educational seminar on the topic \u201cProtection of Constitutional Rights through Administrative Justice in Germany, Kazakhstan, and Ukraine.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The seminar brought together participants from Kazakhstan, Germany, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan. During the event, scholars and experts in public law delivered presentations, participants presented their research papers, and group studies were conducted with subsequent defense of results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the program, participants visited the Constitutional and Supreme Courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, where they became acquainted with their activities.
