During his visit to Washington, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev met with Kazakh students and recipients of the Bolashak Scholarship currently studying in the United States. The President held an informal conversation with the participants and wished them success in their studies and future endeavours.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among those attending the meeting were Maqsut Narikbayev University professors Muslim Khassenov<\/strong> and Zakarya Rakhmetolla<\/strong>, who are among 20 scholars worldwide invited by the Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies at Harvard University. Professor Khassenov<\/strong> briefed the President on his research internship in the United States and expressed his appreciation for the government\u2019s continued support of young scientists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Earlier, President Tokayev also met with MNU students in Astana.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n
