Faculty members of Maqsut Narikbayev University shared their expertise with judicial candidates during a five-day intensive legal training programme held at the University.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

More than fifty highly competitive candidates<\/strong> for judicial appointment worked through case studies in criminal, public, and private law, while also developing essay-writing skills and techniques of legal argumentation. University professors additionally presented methodologies for preparing for psychological assessments, conducting interviews, and participating in mock interviews. The programme also included dedicated modules on public speaking and leadership. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The training aimed to enhance the overall quality of preparation of judicial candidates, strengthen practical skills in legal analysis, argumentation, and the drafting of judicial documents, and provide comprehensive preparation for all stages of the qualifying examination.
