Maqsut Narikbayev University continues its work on publishing up-to-date legal literature. Faculty members have released new books on administrative procedure and the general part of criminology.<\/em><\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The academic community now has access to the textbook Criminology: General Part<\/em> <\/strong>by Assistant Professor, PhD in Law Almas Zhumagali<\/strong>. In addition, the book Administrative Procedure of the Republic of Kazakhstan: General Part. Volume II<\/em> <\/strong>by Associate Professor, Doctor of Law Roman Melnyk<\/strong> has been published. Both works meet academic standards and are aimed at developing systematic and analytical legal thinking. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Almas Zhumagali\u2019<\/strong>s textbook focuses on the causes of crime, the personality of the offender, and crime prevention measures. Meanwhile, the second volume of Roman Melnyk<\/strong>\u2019s book expands and deepens the theoretical and applied foundations of administrative procedure. The first volume was published earlier and has also been translated into Kazakh. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
