The university hosted its first roundtable in the state language with the participation of experts.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The event, titled \u201cCoaching as a Tool for the Development of Education and Science,\u201d was organized jointly with the Kazakhstan Chapter of the International Coaching Federation as part of International Coaching Week. Representatives of the academic community, professional coaches, and HR specialists exchanged views on the role of coaching in developing modern competencies and supporting professional growth.
