Today, we had a research seminar organized by the Center for Economic Research with Dr. Omer F. Baris, where he discussed the unintended consequences of anti-corruption policies. He explored how excessive oversight can create perverse incentives, pushing honest individuals out of the public sector while rewarding manipulation and dishonesty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
