First-year students of MNU\u2019s International School of Journalism visited Kazakhstan\u2019s Mazhilis as part of a lecture by member of parliament Askhat Aimagambetov. He explained the legislative process, discussed current parliamentary issues and shared professional advice. Students toured the plenary chamber, parliamentary library and his office. The visit formed part of the School\u2019s practice of holding classes outside the university so future journalists can understand the structure and work of public institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
