We strive to popularize science, advance the image of scientific activity and high-quality scientific knowledge in this field. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>We invite<\/strong> young scientists \u2013 students, undergraduates and doctoral students, experts, judges and civil servants who share our interest and values and are ready to contribute to the development of science in the Republic of Kazakhstan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The conference will be organized in the form of <strong>panel presentations<\/strong> and discussions <strong>on the following sections<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">General and special administrative law. Articles submitted to the Organizing Committee undergo a plagiarism check procedure. The author(s) are responsible for errors, inaccuracies of a scientific and factual nature. In case of revision or revision of the article at the request of the Organizign Committee and the date of receipt is considered to be the date of receipt by the Organizing Committee of the final version. The text of the article should be carefully edited, without any typos; the authors are responsible for the content of the articles. Articles whose design does not meet the specified requirements <strong>are not allowed to be published. <\/strong> All articles will be checked for borrowings (plagiarism) through the Turnitin program. The uniqueness must be at least 80%. <\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Structure <\/strong><\/td><td>The text of the scientific article should contain the following structural elements: <strong>Abstract (annotation): 100-150 words.<\/strong> <strong>Keywords<\/strong> <strong> Introduction <\/strong> <strong>The main body<\/strong> <strong>Conclusion<\/strong> <strong> References<\/strong> Article should contain new relevant information in the field of law and the results of original scientific research, previously unpublished and not intended for publication in other publications. The author is obliged to inform the Organizing Committee of the Conference when submitting the article and other materials \u2013 whether they have been published or submitted to other publications. Articles are published in Kazakh, Russian, and English. The initials and surname of the author, academic degree, academic title, position, department, university, other information about the author&#8217;s place of work, city, country, e-mail address are placed at the beginning of the article. After the author&#8217;s surname \u2013 the title of the article, three annotations (at least 5-8 sentences) in Russian, Kazakh and English (with translation of the surname, initials of the authors, place of work of each author and the title of the article). The abstract reveals the relevance of the topic, the subject of the study, the purpose of the work, methods, novelty and the main conclusions of the article. After each annotation there are 10 keywords in the corresponding language. At the end of the article there should be an entry: &#8220;The article is published for the first time, has not been submitted and will not be submitted to other publications,&#8221; the date and signature of the author(s). Information about the author(s) is also placed here: surname, first name and full patronymic, e-mail address, phone numbers. Online submissions are submitted to the Organizing Committee: an electronic version of the article, a photo of the author (preferably an artistic, non\u2013documentary portrait). The last page is also sent in a scanned version. <\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Volume <\/strong><\/td><td>The text of a researcher&#8217;s scientific article should be at least 1,500 words for students (bachelor&#8217;s degree) and at least 2,000 words for undergraduates (master&#8217;s degree), not including the amount of information about the authors, abstract (abstract), keywords, list of sources used, footnotes (citations) and appendices.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Review <\/strong><\/td><td>When submitting an application for participation in the conference a researcher, along with the text of a scientific article, must attach a review by a supervisor or a specialist specializing in the topic of the article. The signed review must be attached to the application in the form of a separate PDF document.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>The format of the document with a scientific article <\/strong><\/td><td>The document must be submitted in Microsoft Word format with an extension.doc or .docx.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Technical requirements for a scientific article <\/strong><\/td><td>Margins: top \u2013 2.5 cm, bottom \u2013 1.5 cm, left \u2013 2 cm, right \u2013 2 cm; Font \u2013 Arial; Font size of the main text \u2013 12 pt, footnotes \u2013 10 pt; Alignment \u2013 width; Paragraph \u2013 1.25; Line spacing \u2013 single.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Quoting <\/strong><\/td><td>Footnotes (citations) should be designed in accordance with the requirements of the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (APA Publication Manual), 6th edition.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Additional information<\/strong><\/td><td>No prints of the articles are issued, and no royalties are paid to the authors. There is no fee for publication from authors and readers. The author of the published article receives an electronic version of the journal. The best articles will be published in the section &#8220;Tribune of the young Scientist&#8221; of the journal &#8220;Law and State, Maqsut Narikbayev University&#8221;.   <strong>In case of non\u2013compliance with the requirements for the published article, the Organizing Committee of the MNU Annual Legal Conference &#8211; 2024 reserves the right to refuse to accept the article for publication in the collection without providing an explanation of the reasons for such a decision. <\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CONTENT OF THE ARTICLE (METHODOLOGY)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td colspan=\"2\"><strong>Methodology of writing a published scientific article <\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Part<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Requirements <\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Introduction<\/td><td><strong>Volume:<\/strong> 20 percent of the text of the article. <strong>Content: <\/strong> it is necessary to describe the problems on which the research topic is based. <em>Types of problems: <\/em>1. A new phenomenon (a new approach to regulation, a new institution of law, etc.). 2. Inconsistency of legislation with the norms of international law. 3. Conflicts between the rules of law. 4.
