MNU will host a discussion on legal doctrine and judicial practice

On 16 April 2025 at 15:30, MNU will host a Public Discussion on ‘Doctrine as an Assistant to the Judicial System’. The speakers are Dmitry Dozhdev, Roman Bevzenko, Arman Shaikenov, Nurzhan Yeshniyazov and Marat Akhmadi.

The discussion will address how academic scholarship influences judicial practice and the interpretation of civil legislation. The invitation addresses both people engaged in law and those beginning their legal education.

The discussion is linked to SDG 4, Quality Education, through the exchange of academic and practical legal knowledge.
