Visually-Impaired Version 
On 29 September 2025, MNU’s International School of Journalism hosted an open lecture by Alma Sailaukyzy, PhD, on “The Oyan, Qazaq! Phenomenon in the Turkic Media Space”. The lecture examined the ideas of Mirzhakyp Dulatuly and the Alash movement and their dissemination through the press. Discussion also covered the Meiji modernisation, the influence of the idea of awakening the Kazakh people on the Turkic world, and arguments advanced by Kazakhstani and international researchers. The announcement welcomed everyone interested in attending.
