The PhD programs of the Maqsut Narikbayev University Law School are designed to develop a high level of professional knowledge of researchers, analytical and critical thinking, highly qualified research competencies and the ability to effectively cooperate in an international context.
To achieve this goal, the PhD program focuses primarily on the principle of learning through research. In this regard, the research conducted by doctoral students within the framework of their doctoral dissertations serves as a tool for demonstration of the professional knowledge, research skills and views of doctoral students formed during their PhD studies.
