The role of coaching in the development of educational and scientific environments was discussed at Maqsut Narikbayev University. The university hosted its first roundtable in the state language with the participation of experts.
The event, titled “Coaching as a Tool for the Development of Education and Science,” was organized jointly with the Kazakhstan Chapter of the International Coaching Federation as part of International Coaching Week. Representatives of the academic community, professional coaches, and HR specialists exchanged views on the role of coaching in developing modern competencies and supporting professional growth. Experts emphasized that coaching elements can contribute to improving the effectiveness of research activities and strategic management.
It is worth noting that the International Coaching Federation is the world’s largest professional organization, bringing together more than 50,000 certified specialists across over 140 countries.
