55 Professionals at MNU Enhanced Their Qualifications in HR and Law

Fifty-five professionals have successfully enhanced their qualifications in the fields of HR and law. The fifth cohort of the “HR & Law” professional certification program has been completed at Maqsut Narikbayev University.

The program lasted for three months and brought together specialists from various industries. Participants gained practical knowledge of labor legislation, human resource management processes, and legal risk management. The courses were delivered by six highly qualified experts, the majority of whom are professors at MNU.

The curriculum included an in-depth examination of labor relations regulation, legal risk management systems in HR management, social partnership, and collective labor relations. Participants also studied labor dispute and conflict resolution, HR approaches to recruitment and staffing, competency modeling, and personnel assessment methods. This comprehensive approach enabled participants to develop a thorough understanding of labor relations and the fundamentals of HR management.

Over the past five years, more than 200 professionals have received certificates upon successful completion of the program.
