Four school graduates who achieved the maximum score of 140 points on the Unified National Testing (UNT) have already decided on their university choice. All of them plan to enroll at Maqsut Narikbayev University (MNU).
One of the UNT record-holders is Nurganat Kanat, a graduate of the Bilim-Innovation Lyceum-Boarding School in Taraz. He has already visited MNU and chosen the International Relations educational program. Nurganat is also the winner of the intellectual competition Leader of the 21st Century and a three-time gold medalist of the Republican Olympiad in History.
Meanwhile, two graduates of Tulga School in Turkistan are planning to move to the capital together. Aisultan Zhanbyrbai and Rasul Nyshanbayev decided not only to remain classmates but also to study in the same university group. Having scored the maximum 140 points, they chose to pursue a career in translation studies and selected MNU as their university.
Another UNT record-holder is Aset Altair, a graduate of School No. 7 in Pavlodar. He decided on his future profession at the beginning of the 11th grade. A prize winner of the Republican Mathematics Olympiad, Aset plans to enroll in the Management program at MNU.
In addition to participating in the state grant competition, talented applicants can also take part in the annual Maqsut Narikbayev Scholarship Olympiad. The winners will receive a full tuition grant and a scholarship. Applications are accepted until June 21.
It should be noted that the university’s admissions campaign has already begun, with the Admissions Office currently accepting applications.
