Visually-Impaired Version 
Maqsut Narikbayev University was visited by H.E. Heike Renate Peitsch, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany. She delivered a lecture for future diplomats.
The Ambassador spoke about the development of bilateral relations between Kazakhstan and Germany. Particular attention was paid to the transformation of the diplomatic profession and strengthening the role of women in international relations. The lecture also covered current trends, including practical cases of artificial intelligence implementation across various fields.
“This is my first visit to MNU. I am very impressed by this beautiful building, as well as by the motivated students and the thoughtful questions they asked. It is always a great pleasure for me to engage with students of International Relations, because they are not just students, but potential future colleagues,” said Heike Renate Peitsch.
The Ambassador has around 40 years of diplomatic experience. Heike Renate Peitsch has served in Armenia, Burundi, Georgia, Israel, Luxembourg and Russia. A month ago, she assumed her position as Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Kazakhstan.
It is worth noting that the President of Kazakhstan is currently on an official visit to Germany.
