Maqsut Narikbayev University invited Marzhan Amantaevna Muslimbekova, Director of EASY TOUR travel agency, to deliver a guest lecture on “The Role of Travel Agencies and Tour Operators in the Organization of Tourism Services” on 4 October 2024.

The lecture brought the experience of an external tourism-industry professional into the University learning environment and gave students an opportunity to learn about the organisation of tourism services from a practising industry expert.

The event demonstrates University–industry knowledge exchange and engagement with an external stakeholder.
