MNU will present a practical guide to tax disputes

On 25 November 2025 at 16:00, Maqsut Narikbayev University will host a presentation of ‘Tax Disputes: A Guide to Judicial Practice. Part 1. Effective Application of the Administrative Procedural and Process-Related Code’ in the Public Library on the second floor. KP Disputes Managing Partner Ravil Kassilgov and lawyer Lidia Martynova will introduce the publication, described as the first in Kazakhstan to combine judicial practice, procedural tools and interactive materials.

QR codes in the guide provide access to more than 330 judicial documents, procedural document templates, official government clarifications, articles and more than 30 educational videos by KP Disputes lawyers.
