On April 14, CEGREG hosted a Third Student Research Seminar focusing on the theme of regional integration in Central Asia. Final year students of IR program were able to present and discuss their thesis research in front of peers, faculty, and invited guests.
Presentations explored the dynamics of regional integration in Central Asia, analyzing leadership discourse and youth perception, and a comparative study of Uzbekistan’s engagement under the presidencies of Karimov and Mirziyoyev.
The seminar encouraged critical reflection on the political and societal shifts shaping regional cooperation and supported the academic development of emerging scholars.
