Visually-Impaired Version 
On April 30, the MNU IRx Club, a student-led initiative affiliated with CEGREG, officially launched at Maqsut Narikbayev University. The event featured a formal opening ceremony with remarks from university leadership and was followed by the club’s first student debate on the topic: “Will Europe and the U.S. drift apart?”
Two student teams debated engaging in a dynamic exchange informed by international relations theories and real-world developments. The debate marked the beginning of MNU IRx’s mission to foster critical thinking, public speaking, and student engagement with global affairs.
