As part of the academic semester, the “Tourism” and “Hospitality” programs hosted an extended series of guest lectures and practical workshops featuring industry experts. Topics covered sustainable business models, digital marketing, energy efficiency in tourism facilities, and career pathways. The format included talks, case discussions, and Q&A sessions. Initiators: the program head and faculty members. SDG alignment: enhancing education quality (SDG 4), expanding employability (SDG 8), fostering innovation (SDG 9), and reducing poverty through skills development (SDG 1); attention to clean energy in services and infrastructure (SDG 7). Outcomes: students received practical recommendations and a list of open courses/certifications. Next steps include mentoring sessions and integrating cases into course assessments.
