Visually-Impaired Version 
On 30 October at 11:30, Maqsut Narikbayev University will host a presentation of ‘Commentary on the Rules of the Court of the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC)’, edited by B.A. Tukulov and R.M. Khodykin.
The book was prepared by an international team of English barristers and solicitors and Kazakhstani lawyers with experience in the AIFC Court and foreign courts. It draws on legal doctrine and analysis of legislation and judicial practice of the AIFC, England and Wales, the Dubai International Financial Centre and the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The publication is intended for judges, practising lawyers, educators, law students and other readers interested in the AIFC Court. Its educational content is linked to SDG 4, Quality Education, through a legal resource for study and professional development.
