The fourth session of the CEGREG Student Research Seminar, held on April 21, focused on the theme “Digital Kazakhstan: Dream or Reality?” This seminar explored the ambitious goals and current challenges of Kazakhstan’s national digital transformation agenda.
The presented research was developed by students within the framework of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) under the academic guidance of Dr. Baurzhan Rakhmetov. The session provided an opportunity for critical reflection on the progress of the “Digital Kazakhstan” program and its implications for governance, policy implementation, and societal development.
The seminar continued CEGREG’s commitment to fostering analytical research and dialogue among students, faculty, and researchers at MNU.
