Foundations of Research: Introduction, Research Problem, and Research Questions
During this educational session, participants explored three key elements of academic research: the introduction, the formulation of a research problem, and the development of research questions. The discussion focused on understanding how the introduction establishes the context and significance of a study, how a clearly defined research problem determines its purpose and direction, and how well-formulated research questions guide the research process and inform methodological decisions. The session aimed to strengthen participants’ research literacy and develop their skills in planning and structuring academic research.
