Visually-impaired version 
On December 2, 2024, French Ambassador to Kazakhstan, H.E. Sylvain Guiaugué hosted a guest lecture at Maqsut Narikbayev University. The event became an opportunity to discuss pressing topics in the areas of culture and education.
The Ambassador delivered a speech on his professional journey and addressed key aspects of bilateral relations between Kazakhstan and France. He emphasised the significance of the recent visits of the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to Paris and the President of France Emmanuel Macron to Kazakhstan. A particular focus was placed on cooperation in areas of agriculture, digitalisation, and ecology.
The lecture concluded with a Q&A session. Students actively posed questions regarding international policy, environmental sustainability and educational programmes.
To finalise the event, Maqsut Narikbayev University thanked H.E. Sylvain Guiaugué for his visit and handed him a memorable present.
