Bachelor’s degree in Law (6B04204) is designed to prepare highly qualified legal professionals with fundamental knowledge of national, international, and comparative law, practical legal skills, analytical thinking, and modern digital competencies. The programme combines classical legal education with practice-oriented learning to develop professional competencies demanded by the judiciary, law enforcement agencies, public authorities, international organizations, businesses, and legal consulting.
The curriculum integrates fundamental theoretical training, the study of substantive branches of law, the development of research and communication skills, and the active use of modern educational technologies, including digital tools and artificial intelligence in legal practice. Particular emphasis is placed on developing legal writing, courtroom advocacy, legal analysis, dispute resolution, and Moot Court skills.
Within the programme, students may choose one of the concentrations focused on advanced studies in International Law or Law Enforcement. This enables students to develop professional competencies in accordance with their selected academic pathway and future area of specialization.
In addition, the programme provides opportunities to individualize the educational pathway by selecting one of five minors designed to develop interdisciplinary competencies and expand graduates’ professional opportunities in line with their academic interests and the evolving demands of the modern labour market.
Graduates of the programme acquire the knowledge and skills required for successful professional careers in the judiciary, public administration, law enforcement, international cooperation, the corporate sector, advocacy, notarial practice, and legal consulting, as well as for pursuing graduate studies and engaging in research activities.
