Learning outcomes:
The programme offers students the opportunity to choose one of three specialisations, providing a full set of competencies:
Specialisation Human Resource Management focuses on employee selection, training and development, managerial potential, business relations, reward systems, organisational behaviour, conflict management, stress management and labour law.
Specialisation Entrepreneurship and Innovation provides the necessary theoretical and practical skills for creating startups and implementing innovation in business. Students study the fundamentals of business formation, operation and development, as well as the processes of developing, launching to market and commercialising new products.
Specialisation Supply Chain and Industrial Management focuses on modern logistics operations, production management and supply chain systems. Students gain knowledge of core logistics and production concepts, engineering solutions, methods for improving production efficiency, and value creation for businesses. Special emphasis is placed on analysing real business cases and developing strategic thinking skills in supply chain management.
