 Who Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a Head of Educational Programs who will strategically develop journalism courses, ensure their relevance and compliance with international standards, and engage with the academic and professional media community.

Your Responsibilities:

• – Develop and update educational programs in journalism and media communications, considering current trends.
• – Organize and oversee the educational process to enhance teaching quality.
• – Collaborate with faculty, students, and industry partners.
• – Monitor international journalism standards and integrate them into curricula.
• – Establish partnerships with leading global educational and media organizations.
• – Develop strategies to enhance the competitiveness of the School of Journalism.
• – Attract top-tier faculty members and media experts.

 What We Value:

• – A higher education degree in journalism, media, communications, or related fields (a master’s degree from an international institution is preferred).
• – At least 3 years of experience in the media or education sector (leadership and/or teaching experience is an advantage).
• – A deep understanding of modern media, digital platforms, and journalism trends.
• – Experience working with international organizations is a plus.
• – Strong leadership and management skills, strategic thinking.
• – Proficiency in English is required.
