The main goal of the Career, Internship, and Employment Center of the School of Liberal Arts is the quality and quantity of employment of present and future graduates.

The main objectives of the Career, Internship, and Employment Center of the School of Liberal Arts are to directly carry out work on employment and increase the attractiveness of students in the labour market.

Tasks of the Career, Internship and Employment Center of the School of Liberal Arts

  • Organize and oversee internal documentation processes and facilitate agreements with enterprises, organizations, and institutions serving as student internship bases.
  • Implement initiatives to establish a structured and efficient employment support system for students and graduates.
  • Engage with government bodies, including public service, employment, education, and youth policy departments, as well as public organizations and employer associations, to enhance graduate employment opportunities.
  • Create and regularly update an online vacancy database featuring employment opportunities provided by employers in relevant fields.
  • In collaboration with employers, educate students on job search strategies, career development techniques, self-presentation skills, résumé writing, and interview preparation.
  • Host career-oriented events such as job fairs, career days, training sessions, and employer presentations to help students and graduates explore career opportunities.
  • Conduct interviews, screen candidates for internships, and assist employers in filling vacant positions with qualified graduates.
  • Establish direct communication channels between students, graduates, and potential employers to foster meaningful professional connections.
  • Promote and support volunteer initiatives through collaboration with government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and businesses.
