Dear students!
We would like to inform you about the start of the application process for participation in the academic mobility program for the fall semester of the 2025-2026 academic year.
Undergraduate students who have completed at least 60 ECTS credits, as well as graduate and doctoral students, are invited to apply.
Criteria:
● GPA level – 2.5 and higher, for Erasmus+ — 3.0 and higher
● English language proficiency: minimum B2 level
Application deadline: March 3, 2025
The application and documents must be submitted through the web version of Smart MNU, and soft copies should also be provided on a USB flash drive in room №220.
List of required documents:
- • student’s application form (download);
- • a copy of the passport;
- • transcript of academic record for the current year of study (Russian and English);
- • international certificate confirming the level of proficiency in a foreign language (IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge English, Duolingo);
- • completed application form (download);
- • written consent of the applicant’s parents (guardians, legal representatives) to participate in the academic mobility program (download).
- • letters of recommendation in Kazakh, Russian or/and English (if available);
- • copies of certificates, diplomas, received for participation in the republican or international level events (if available);
- • copies of documents confirming the fact of belonging to the following categories: a family composition document to confirm the student’s large family status, a document verifying the student’s orphan or left without parental care status and a document confirming the student’s disability status.
Furthermore, kindly refer to the list of partner universities and available disciplines beforehand. It is essential to coordinate with your academic advisor regarding the selection of disciplines that align with your curriculum.
