On January 30, 2025, the 8th Meeting of the Business Council convened – a permanent advisory and consultative body of the School, which consists of prestigious and competitive employers who ensure the progress and further development of the School.
This year’s session, titled The 8th Business Council Meeting: Employment Challenges for Graduates of the International Relations Program – The Role of Educational Minors, focused on career opportunities for both current and future graduates. Government ministries of the Republic of Kazakhstan, BIG 4, research institutes and international organizations took part in the discussion.
Representatives of International School of Economics and University presented key achievements and addressed existing challenges. During the session, several proposals were made, including the introduction of an additional minor, expanded internship opportunities, and strengthening pathways to graduate programs.
ISE expresses its gratitude to all participants for their valuable contributions and active participation. It also appreciates the employers for their insightful recommendations shared during the sessions and acknowledges that all suggestions have been taken into consideration.
