ON FEBRUARY 20, 2024, AS PART OF THE CELEBRATION OF THE 30TH ANNIVERSARY OF MNU, A GUEST LECTURE WAS HELD WITH THE CHEF AT THE ST.REGIS ASTANA – ORESTO MANCINI ON THE TOPIC “CULINARY DEPARTMENT IN THE HOTEL INDUSTRY“.

On February 20, 2024, as part of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of MNU, a guest lecture was held with the chef at The St.Regis Astana – Oresto Mancini on the topic “Culinary Department in the hotel industry“.

Students learned about the intricacies of the culinary department in the hotel business from one of the best specialists in the industry!
