The Research School of German and Administrative Law was established in 2020 to conduct systematic research in public law, with a particular focus on administrative and administrative procedural law. One of the School’s key objectives is to study and integrate German Public Law, researching and adopting best practices for their eventual incorporation into Kazakhstan’s legislation and legal doctrine.
The School maintains an extensive network of international partners, including universities and research centers in Germany, Ukraine, Switzerland, Uzbekistan, Lithuania, and other countries. Additionally, the School regularly collaborates with non-governmental organizations and foundations such as GIZ, IRZ, Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung, and Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung.

The Research School of German and Administrative Law is a structural subdivision of the MNU Law School, and it incorporates the Centre for German Law and the Centre for Animal Law.
