Responsibilities:
- To make timely placement of books in accordance with the American Library classification LLC and BBK. Edit the fund (making sure that the books are in their places);
- To advise readers on working in an Electronic Catalogue, teach self-searching;
- Make sure that readers do not enter the library in outerwear, with coffee and food;
- Analyse readers’ demand for literature, what they are asking for and recommend literature for purchase;
- Working with lists of books, inventory, checking funds;
- Preparation of presentations and conducting training sessions for students on working with an Electronic Catalogue, Electronic resources;
- Organization of events for students: contests, quests, quizzes and other types of events.
Eligibility requirements:
- Attention to detail and responsibility;
- Knowledge of English;
- Experience in customer service, good communication skills;
- The ability to solve conflicts;
- Analytical skills, good memory;
- Knowledge of Office programs MS Excel, MS Word;
- Confident work with office equipment (printers, scanners, digitization of books on orders);
- The ability to work with a large amount of work;
- Willingness to speak in public;
- Willingness and readiness to participate in the organisation of events;
- Being creative and bold.
