TODAY THE TRIATHLON PARK HOSTED THE CHARITY MARATHON TITLED RUN FOR YELDAR – MNU MARATHON 2024, WHICH WAS ORGANIZED BY MAQSUT NARIKBAYEV UNIVERSITY IN COLLABORATION WITH THE ASTANA CITY TRIATHLON FEDERATION

Each year, the MNU Endowment Fund holds a charity run to support students and strengthen the social responsibility of the entire MNU community. Students, alumni, MNU staff, and any concerned citizens from across the country participated in the run. The event marked another significant step in the university’s tradition of supporting its students in difficult life situations. The goal of the now-annual MNU MARATHON 2024 was to provide financial assistance for the treatment of Yeldar Karmysuly, a third-year student at Maqsut Narikbayev University. Yeldar was diagnosed with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria, which requires a bone marrow transplant. The funds raised will contribute to helping him and his family organize the treatment in Turkey.
