‘My name is Kydyrkhan Aidana, I am a 4th year student majoring in Management at MNU University and I am studying on an internal grant ‘Maqsut Narikbayev Scholarship’.
Since November 2023, I started my internship at the head office of ERG, one of the leading mining companies in the world. During these 11 months, I gained not only invaluable experience, but also felt the support and trust of my colleagues and supervisors. Moreover, I got to know different processes from working with akimats to introducing projects and improved my analytical and organisational skills.
Thanks to the support of my university and the co-operation between ENDOWMENT MNU and ERG, I have a unique opportunity to receive a monthly stipend, which allows me to focus on my development and set even more ambitious goals for myself.
I am truly grateful to everyone who believes in me and supports my journey. Thank you to MNU University for the knowledge that keeps me moving forward, and to ISE Career Centre for giving me the opportunity to intern at a great company like ERG. This opportunity inspires me to work even harder, learn with even more enthusiasm and make a contribution to the future!’
