“We are proud that the International School of Journalism, launched in 2023 in partnership with the TV and Radio Complex of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, is becoming a platform for Euronews training sessions. This host university status is not only a recognition of our high standards but also a great responsibility. We are confident that, through joint efforts with other universities in Kazakhstan joining this initiative, we can make a significant contribution to the development of media education and the training of a new generation of world-class journalists. Together, we are shaping a strong media future for our country and beyond.”
Bojan Brkic, Euronews Kazakhstan Bureau Chief:
“Today is just the first step in developing Euronews educational activities in the region. So far, MNU and other universities have done a great job in training future media professionals and we hope we can complement their efforts with our 30-year experience and international mindset. We will bring the best trainers and they will share real-life case studies – their professional portfolio holds tens of thousands of hours of diverse experience. I encourage all students to watch out for the calls and apply”.
