FOR THE FIRST TIME IN KAZAKHSTAN: MNU INTRODUCES MINI MBA IN THE KAZAKH LANGUAGE

Maqsut Narikbayev University Business School has introduced the first Mini MBA programme in Kazakhstan, conducted entirely in the Kazakh language. This course creates new opportunities for managers, entrepreneurs, and professionals looking to enhance their skills in a rapidly evolving market. The programme’s presentation brought together representatives of the international society “Qazaq Tili”, the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Atameken”, and leading business experts.

Designed to meet the current demands of the business sector, the new programme is tailored for individuals aiming to develop essential management skills and business communication in the state language. Key features of the Mini MBA include a flexible learning format suited for working professionals, interactive classes, business simulations, and hands-on training. The programme emphasises the practical application of knowledge in real-world business scenarios. According to Rafkhat Bozbaliyev, Director of MNU Business School, enrollment is now open.

“Today, we are opening a new chapter in business education in Kazakhstan. This programme, developed in collaboration with the Iskerlik Sana Center, represents a significant step in strengthening the role of the Kazakh language in the professional sphere. The Mini MBA expands career opportunities for students while making high-quality business education accessible in the state language”, said Rafkhat Bozbaliyev, Director of the Maqsut Narikbayev University Business School.

The MNU Business School offers a range of advantages, including in-depth study of business strategies, market dynamics, and corporate environments—all in Kazakh. Graduates receive a state-issued certificate, gain access to internships with leading domestic companies, engage in case studies and project-based learning, and develop leadership, teamwork, and business ethics skills. The launch of this programme underscores MNU’s commitment to fostering competitive management professionals while promoting the Kazakh language as a key tool for business communication and professional growth. The Mini MBA programme lasts one month and covers four core modules: “Management and Strategy”, “Human Resource Management”, “Finance”, and “Leadership”.

Maqsut Narikbayev University Business School also offers MBA, EMBA, and DBA programmes. Students can earn both an MNU diploma and a diploma from the Swiss International School of Business (Switzerland). With over 15 years of academic excellence and more than 2,000 graduates, the School holds prestigious international accreditations, including FIBAA and FIBAA Premium.
