First-year students from the MNU Law School had the unique opportunity to visit the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This visit, organized as part of their Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan course, was led by MNU’s Professor Emeritus, Unzila Shapak.
Aspiring lawyers explored the plenary session hall of the Mazhilis, where they engaged with members of Parliament to gain firsthand insights into the legislative process and the role of Parliament within the public administration system. The initiative for this field training came from Unzila Shapak, who serves as an MNU Professor Emeritus and a Deputy of the Mazhilis. This experience once again highlights the extensive opportunities Maqsut Narikbayev University provides to ensure a high-quality, practice-oriented education for its students.
