We are pleased to announce the opening of applications for the Academic Mobility Program competition for the Fall Semester of the 2025-2026 academic year.
Undergraduate students who have completed at least 60 ECTS credits, as well as graduate and doctoral students, are eligible to apply.
Eligibility Criteria:
- • GPA: Minimum 2.5, or 3.0 for Erasmus+ participants.
- • English Language Proficiency: Minimum B2 level.
Application Deadline: April 10, 2025
How to Apply:
Applications and required documents must be submitted via the web version of Smart MNU, and an electronic copy should also be provided on a USB flash drive to Office No. 220.
Required Documents:
- • Application form (download);
- • Scanned copy of your passport;
- • Transcript of academic performance for the current year (in both Russian and English);
- • International language proficiency certificate (IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge English, Duolingo);
- • Completed application form (download);
- • Written consent from parents (guardians, legal representatives) for studying abroad (download);
- • Letters of recommendation (if available, in Kazakh, Russian, or English);
- • Copies of diplomas, certificates, or awards received in national or international events (if applicable);
- • Copies of documents confirming your eligibility for specific categories (if applicable), such as:
- –Family composition document (for large families);
- –Document confirming orphan status (for students without parental care)
- -Document confirming disability status.

Please review the list of partner universities and available courses in advance. Additionally, coordinate with your academic advisor to ensure the selected courses align with your curriculum.
