MNU Job Fair: Internships and Employment

The university team held the annual Job Fair with partner companies. Throughout the day, employer booths were active, along with a rapid consulting zone for résumés and LinkedIn, plus a career center point offering reviews of cover letters and portfolios. Mini-sessions covered interview preparation and early career steps; company representatives presented internship formats, recruitment timelines, and expected competencies. SDG contribution: increased employability and skills development (SDG 8), enhanced practice-oriented learning (SDG 4), and stronger university–industry partnerships (SDG 17). Outcomes: internship applications were submitted, short interviews were conducted at the booths, participants received personalized recommendations to strengthen their profiles, and a self-study materials pack. Next steps: a series of career webinars (résumés, interviews, networking), additional partner master classes, feedback collection on the fair’s quality, and support of applications through test tasks and final interview stages.
