Maqsut Narikbayev University continues its series of guest lectures held within the Applied Diplomacy course. This week, the university welcomed Sarangoo Radnaaragchaa, the United Nations Resident Coordinator in Kazakhstan.
During her lecture, Sarangoo Radnaaragchaa spoke about her extensive experience in advancing sustainable development across Europe and Central Asia. She highlighted Kazakhstan’s contribution to the UN and emphasised the importance of achieving the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030. The diplomat also answered students’ questions.
This year, the United Nations marks its 80th anniversary. Earlier, MNU also hosted a round-table discussion on the theme Youth Contribution to the UN Sustainable Development Goals for future generations.
