Maqsut Narikbayev University hosted the launch of the MNU Bridge Hub expert platform. Directors of public and private secondary schools, teachers, specialists, and University professors discussed the integration of artificial intelligence into school education and the protection of personal data.
MNU Bridge Hub has become an important step in building a sustainable and open dialogue between schools and universities. During the event, participants exchanged views on the introduction of digital technologies, personal data security, modern models of crisis communication, and the continuity of educational programmes. A dedicated session focused on practical tools for applying AI in the learning process.

“The Head of State has set the task of introducing artificial intelligence into the learning process. Yet successful integration requires a unified strategy and close cooperation between schools and universities. Only joint development of programmes and competences will bring real impact. Today, Maqsut Narikbayev University has created precisely the bridge that connects different levels of education and enables the systematic integration of AI,” said Member of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Senior Lecturer at MNU Askhat Aimagambetov.
Particular attention was paid to the interaction between schools and families. One of the sessions addressed challenges frequently encountered in communication with parents: bullying, aggression towards school staff, the creation of an excessive “safety cocoon”, and parents’ attempts to make decisions on behalf of their children. These issues generated active discussion and highlighted the need for new approaches to building a healthy educational environment.

“MNU actively incorporates the use of artificial intelligence into final-year courses and academic tracks for senior students. We are creating an environment in which students not only study technologies but also apply them in research, practical cases, and projects. This forms competences that will be crucial for future professionals,” emphasised MNU Provost Anar Ibrayeva.
The MNU Bridge Hub has also become the starting point for closer cooperation between schools and the University, supporting the renewal of educational practices and the digital transformation of Kazakhstan’s secondary education system. It was noted during the event that this format will be held annually.
