Discussions on advancing gender equality were held as part of a meeting of the Women’s Mentorship Club at Maqsut Narikbayev University,.
The event was organised within the framework of the global annual campaign 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence. During the meeting, Senior Lecturer Aigerim Kusainkyzy spoke about contemporary approaches to promoting gender equality, key trends in supporting women in educational and professional environments, and highlighted the role of mentorship in building confidence and leadership skills. Participants also exchanged views on the club’s future initiatives.
The Women’s Mentorship Club brings together more than 100 members and continues to develop projects aimed at supporting women and strengthening a culture of mutual assistance.
